Identify the conduit runs
Provide duct bank drawings, run identifiers, diameters, materials, lengths and known bends. Mark the entry and exit points and explain whether several conduits share a chamber. A clear run schedule reduces ambiguity in field records.
Confirm the duct is ready
Share any cleaning status, pull rope or mandrel records, access constraints and expected water or debris conditions. Confirm that the duct is released for inspection and that the crew can access both ends if the specified method requires it.
Set the evidence format
Agree on video resolution, direction of travel, file naming, run identification and any required still images or written observations. If the owner has a portal or naming standard, provide it before work starts.
