Count and locate the structures
Provide a basin list, map or marked aerial image, and note whether the scope includes inspection, cleaning, vacuum removal or all three. Identify structures that are damaged, buried or difficult to locate.
Coordinate access and safety
Share gate codes, truck routes, parking restrictions, traffic plans and site contacts. On an active commercial property, identify loading periods, pedestrian routes and work-hour limits before scheduling.
Confirm material handling
Discuss what happens to removed sediment and whether disposal rules, sampling or documentation apply. These requirements depend on the material and site conditions, so confirm them with the owner before work begins.
