01

Map the access points

Provide a site plan, approximate route and the location of cleanouts, sump connections or outlets. Identify which segments are in scope and whether the line can be accessed from one end or multiple points.

02

Describe the site constraints

Note landscaping, fences, parkade access, limited clearance and any areas where a service vehicle cannot travel. A photo of the access point can help the team assess setup needs before arriving.

03

Plan around inspection limits

Standing water, tight turns, collapsed sections or inaccessible cleanouts can prevent a full run. Ask how partial access and uninspected segments will be documented, and whether cleaning is included or needs separate approval.
